DarkSyde Acres offers discounted group rates for guests from Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and surrounding areas. Group rates are available for groups of 15 or more and are perfect for company outings, church groups, family reunions, and large Halloween parties.

- Groups of 15 to 24: Take $2.00 off per ticket
- Groups of 25 to 49: Take $3.00 off per ticket

DarkSyde Acres is an intense haunted attraction featuring darkness, loud sounds, heavy fog, strobe and flashing lights, confined spaces, wet or uneven conditions, moving floors, special effects, startle effects, and close interactions with scare actors.
These conditions may affect guests with asthma, respiratory or heart conditions, seizure disorders, photosensitivity, mobility or balance limitations, vision concerns, pregnancy, claustrophobia, anxiety, or other health concerns. Guests should carefully consider whether the attraction is appropriate for them before purchasing a ticket or entering.
PROHIBITED INSIDE THE ATTRACTIONS: Intoxication or illegal drug use, smoking or vaping, eating or drinking, running, jumping, photography, video or audio recording, and touching actors, guests, props, sets, or special-effects equipment.
Guests must follow posted warnings and staff instructions. Anyone who violates attraction rules, threatens safety, disrupts operations, harasses others, or damages property may be denied entry or removed without a refund.

Tickets and admission: All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Admission is a revocable license and may be refused or revoked for legitimate safety, conduct, capacity, security, operational, or rule-enforcement reasons. DarkSyde Acres may make an exception in unusual circumstances at its sole discretion.
Photography and recording: DarkSyde Acres may photograph or record guests for future advertising and promotional materials. Guest photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited inside the haunted attractions. Personal photographs may be taken in permitted outdoor or public areas unless otherwise directed by staff or posted signage.
