Woot!! as you already know the Detroit Tigers are the American League Champions and are heading to the 2012 world series, After The Tigers swept the New York Yankees last night with a 8-1 win. This is 11th time the Detroit Tigers have made it to the World Series  and the second time since 2006. FOUR MORE WINS and The Detroit Tigers will be the 2012 World Series Champions!
